Let's have different view on the paradigm of knowledge. In my view, knowledge after being transformed from information (well informed state), thanks to human emergent behavior as complex system, knowledge "all in a sudden" becoming subject, active, dynamic and having consciousness (a.k.a. knowledgeable state). In this circumstance, information as well as data still as object, pasive, no consciousness. So, we should say, knowledge is evolved, not created or captured as commonly mentioned.
